This season of women’s college basketball was shaping out to be an exciting one. The transfer portal saw several athletes move from one team to another. Some athletes switched conferences, and coasts while others remained in the same conference and went on to rival teams. Fans, and viewers alike were gearing up for one of the most exciting, and anticipated seasons to date.

Fast forward to now, and several of the top programs in the nation are struggling due to a flood of recent injuries. The most public injuries  being the ones  that have plagued  the TCU women’s basketball squad.

TCU was at the top of their game as a ranked team before star center Sedona Prince was sidelined due to a finger injury in their game against Baylor. Since then, a flurry of injuries have burdened the squad, prompting Prince to take to Tik Tok to express her frustration.
